West Didsbury's 'hidden gem' - Established in 1874, we are a vibrant, friendly and inclusive social and tennis club, integral to the local community in West Didsbury, Manchester, offering a diverse range of social events and sporting activities, including tennis, pickleball, table tennis, snooker and bowls.

Situated in listed Victorian premises in the heart of leafy West Didsbury, Manchester, our club boasts all-weather tennis courts, a crown green bowling lawn and a fully refurbished clubhouse offering sports changing facilities, a members snooker room, table tennis, TV screens showing live sport and free WiFi. There’s also a well stocked bar serving a wide range of wines, beers and spirits, including guest ales, and a bar food menu.

Our outdoor terrace is a sun trap in the summer months when we also offer regular seasonal outdoor BBQs and catering.

Our regular club calendar of social events include Comedy, Live Music, Quiz Nights and Open Mic sessions, in addition to our larger events such as our hugely popular annual Beer Festival, Summer Fete, OctoberFest and Fireworks Display.
