Tiffany Gingrich is a respected Transformational Mindset Coach with an extensive background in psychology and personal development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and studies to become a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach (NLP), the Enneagram, meditation, personal development, and health and wellness. Tiffany has trained with Tony Robbins at the Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event and is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance and countless other trainings, seminars and retreats.

Most recently, Tiffany has been facilitating Wellness & Spiritual retreats in Mexico and Sedona. By combining her psychology background, NLP training, and personal healing journey, Tiffany helps individuals redesign themselves and harness the power of their subconscious mind. She is dedicated to helping others become aware of limiting beliefs, stop self-sabotage, and create a life they love through lasting habit changes and powerful mindset shifts.
