Urban ArtWorks is a Washington-based nonprofit organization. Our mission is to engage youth, artists, and communities in the creation of public artwork that inspires connections and honors their voices.

We offer paid, out-of-school mural apprentice programs for teens, partner with K-12 schools, and co-create murals with professional artists and communities. In 2025, we engaged more than 2,600 people in the creation of 105 artworks.
