Tranquil Trece
LaTrece Marnee Robinson AKA Tranquil Trece
From an early age, movement was her first language expressed through ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. For six years she danced, letting rhythm become her freedom. Yoga found her in quiet moments, in between stretches of stillness meant only to balance and breathe, but the seed was planted.
At seventeen, that seed blossomed. What began as a simple practice became a sanctuary, a way to release what no longer served her and to remember who she truly was. Through breath and stillness, she began to meet herself, mind, body, and soul, all in divine union. Grateful for this early alignment, she honors yoga as the guiding thread that has gently woven her onto the sacred path she walks today.
In 2021, she journeyed to the Mystical Yoga Farm in Guatemala, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. There, surrounded by the hum of nature and the whispers of spirit, she received not just a certification, but an initiation. Since then, she has shared her light in many spaces: with children and elders, in homeless shelters and churches, on basketball courts and football fields, in classrooms and senior centers, in underrepresented communities, at retreats, and within sacred circles of healing.
A dedicated and disciplined student of the legendary 36th Chambers University, she walks the path where martial arts and yoga meet, a space of breath, focus, and fluid power. For the past three years, she has been sharpening her craft in Kenpo, training mind, body, and spirit with equal intensity. She believes that yoga and martial arts balance one another like yin and yang, each enhancing the other’s grace, discipline, and presence.
Beyond the mat and the dojo, she also indulges in other mystical arts such as Black Thai massage, a sacred practice of hands-on assisted stretching and bodywork, and the captivating flow of fire spinning, where movement becomes meditation and light becomes language. Her work is a prayer in motion, an offering of love, compassion, and patience. Yoga and breathwork have taught her that peace is not something we find, it is something we remember.
As her journey continues to unfold, she prepares to travel to India in 2026, returning to the roots of yoga to deepen her studies and devotion. Her intention is simple yet profound: to help others awaken to the divine wisdom already living within them, to peel away the layers, dissolve the boundaries to love, and rediscover the self as whole, radiant, and free. Through yoga, meditation, movement, and breath, she invites every soul to come home, to the body, to the heart, and to the infinite.
Through movement, I return to stillness. Through stillness, I remember who I am. I move with purpose, I breathe with grace, I flow in harmony with the divine.
