My name is Frank, commonly referred to as "frankthecheeseguy" aquired over the past 35 years, in the Specialty Cheese business with some of the best companies in the business. I've been selling Artisan cheese throughout Palm Beach and Martin counties in local green markets for eight of those years. I represent many cheese maker's directly and fly in some of the most unique cheeses not available anywhere else. My mission is to bring the Artisan, hand made cheeses I represent: to those of you that truly appreciate the "best" cheeses available from all across Europe and the USA , and to educate about and celebrate these cheeses still hand made in an Artisan style, all still hand cut from whole wheels in our store in Lantana.

My motto is "Simply Sample and Smile because both are free at The Cheese Shoppe".

Events will always include cheese and most times, wine and beer.
