Kimberly English Cole is an ideator, connector, and convener who designs programs and initiatives that move ideas from inspiration to meaningful impact. She studied Advertising and Graphic Design at Columbus College of Art & Design and later graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, Leadership and Policy, specializing in nonprofit management.

With more than a decade of experience across philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and community investment, Kimberly brings a rare combination of funding strategy expertise and community organizing insight to her work. She has evaluated and awarded dozens of grant proposals, managed funding portfolios exceeding $1,000,000, and advised organizations on building funder relationships rooted in clarity, trust, and vision.

Beyond her strategic work, Kimberly is a professional artist, musician, and thespian whose creative practice spans multiple performance genres. She also contributes to civic life through advisory and board service with several community organizations, reflecting her ongoing commitment to strengthening the cultural and social fabric of the communities she serves.
