We are a mobile event company offering yoga, art, and sacred space for you to cancel out the noise of the world and tune into yourself. Life can be stressful and even with the best of intentions it can be hard to stick with our mindfulness practices. While group practice ensures more focus and motivation, researchers have also found that people who practice yoga in group classes report feeling significantly better afterward than those who practice alone.
