My name is Paola, Annalisa's mom. Together with my daughter, we will teach traditional Pasta Making classes in the heart of Fallbrook!

A few words about me.

I was born in a welcoming, medieval town right outside Rome, a little over sixty years ago.

Growing up watching my mother's devotion in home making us delicious meals every day, naturally instilled in me the belief that cooking for others is a cardinal expression of love and care.

I have carried this value with me while raising my two daughters Roberta and Annalisa and have continued sharing my love for cooking and teaching with my friends and family members.
