New York Dance Theatre offers a robust and diverse collection of performances and workshops open to the public. Our programing includes our annual Gold Coast Dance Festival, the Nutcracker, our Spring Soirée, and a myriad of special events throughout the year.

The Ohman School of Ballet serve as a training ground for promising young dancers and opens its doors to all students who wish to learn proper ballet technique regardless of their future aspirations.

Students from the school have the opportunity to learn classical ballet in the tradition of George Balanchine while also learning cultural dance practices from around the globe. New York Dance Theatre's Dancing Together program as well as Développé program ensure that dance is readily accessible to all who would like to experience this cultrually rich community.

Located in Commack, NY, our school serves Nassau & Suffolk Counties and the greater Long Island/New York area.
