Wired Irish Crafts was set up in 2021 by husband and wife team, Tracy & Douglas Higgins. Our mission was to help eliminate the issues we encountered with traditional candles. Our focus was to provide eco friendly candles using sustainable and reusable containers with a zero waste policy. Our products have eliminated the common issues, such as, black smoke, candle tunneling and evaporating fragrances. Therefore providing customers with a real candle experience with an emphasis on value for money.

Through our research and testing we are proud to offer eco friendly soy candles combined with FSC certified wooden wicks, with incredible vegan fragrance oils which continue from your first burn until your last.

Our studio in the Castleyard is our new home where we share our knowledge with customers all over the word and hand pour all our candles. The studio offers customers a first hand experience to Candle making and allows us to showcase our extensive range of fragrances and sustainable vessels as well as providing in house candle workshops. Tracy spends each day at the candle studio creating and perfecting our range & Douglas looks after the commercial aspect and also takes Wired Irish Crafts on the road to unique craft fairs throughout the country!
