The National Association for the Advancement of Returning Citizens (NAARC) presents, the Community Assisted Reentry Program (CARP), whose mission is to improve the quality of life for Returning Citizens, their families, and communities by providing practical, compassionate, and needs-based support through case management and restorative programming.

CARP is a program dedicated to helping Returning Citizens successfully reenter society by providing case management, fast-track referrals, and restorative group sessions.
