Scrollworks Youth Music School is a program of Metropolitan Youth Orchestras of Central Alabama. We bring young people, families, teachers, and community members together through music. Scrollworks offers affordable music instruction, ensembles, workshops, and performance opportunities for students in the Birmingham area, with an emphasis on participation, belonging, and learning alongside others. Our mission is to make music education available to young people regardless of background, experience, or financial circumstances, and to create opportunities for students to share music with their community.
