He is the CEO of Stair Steps LLC, a sales training and development company specializing in helping professionals master the skills, techniques, and mindset necessary to achieve sustained sales success. He is also CEO of ATeam Consultants and serves as a Senior Regional Sales Trainer for LegalShield, specializing in Life Events Legal Plans, Identity Theft Protection, Small Business solutions, and Large Group Employee Benefits.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Alistair enjoyed a successful 27-year career with Publix Super Markets in the grocery retail industry. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics and Political Science from Florida A&M University.

Alistair’s commitment to professional excellence and community leadership includes having served on the Board of Directors of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta and as President of the National Sales Network Atlanta Chapter.
