NOVAC believes storytelling empowers communities.  We connect the community to technical training, resources and opportunities so that everyone has access to the creative economy, and we produce and preserve video that highlights our unique culture.  Our programs include creative industry workforce training, youth media education, community media events, video production and a/v preservation.  In New Orleans, Baton Rouge and throughout Louisiana, we tell stories with a Southern accent.
