Antonia (Tony) J. Anderson is the Assistant Deputy Director, Office of Small Business Programs, NAVFAC, Hawaii and manages the agency’s Small Business program. He ensures the organization provides maximum practicable opportunities for small businesses to compete for prime and subcontracting awards in compliance with legal and regulatory objectives.

Tony previously served as a Contracting Officer with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio and worked on a myriad of both pre-award and post-award acquisition projects. Prior to joining DLA, he served in the United States Air Force in various senior administrative capacities and retired in 2015 with over 23 years of distinguished, active duty service.

Tony earned his MBA from Ohio Dominican University, Columbus, Ohio, a Masters of Sports Administration Degree from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, and a Bachelors of Science, Business Marketing Degree from Troy University, Montgomery, Alabama.

Tony is a native of Laurens, South Carolina and his been with NAVFAC, HI since Feb, 2022.
