With 15 years of experience holding space in wellness and movement practices, I bring a grounded, intuitive presence to every session. Using crystal singing bowls and intentional sound layering, I create a calming, meditative environment where participants can soften, release, and reconnect with themselves. Our hammock sound baths introduce an elevated element of comfort and gentle cocooning, enhancing the sense of weightlessness and relaxation throughout the experience.
