Tajuana Rice has been Licensed Real Estate Broker serving the Chicagoland area since 2018. She obtained her broker license through REALTORS® Real Estate School at the Chicago Association of Realtors. She is a Chicago native and has spent all of her life on the southside and south suburbs of the city and is passionate about teaching, helping and supporting those with a dream of home ownership. She enjoys working with families, first-time homebuyers as well as individuals relocating to the Chicago area. Tajuana rides herself on educating buyers through the entire home buying process and working with other real estate experts that provide high-quality client services. Tajuana is a partner at Family Build, Inc, a family-owned property education and investment group along with her 3 sons, Jamon, Jayvion and Jordan. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends including her granddaughter, Jorja and her 3 year old Yorkie, Jinx, as well as traveling and attending church activities at Valley Kingdom Ministries where she works on the media ministry.

Tajuana also enjoys helping young families to accomplish their goals and dreams. She has served as a mentor, parent group facilitator and family coach to many young families. In addition, She is a Certified Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant with bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University, a Master's degree in Public Administration form Governors State University and a certificate and credential in Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health from Erikson Institute.
