She creates Reiki-infused sound bath experiences designed to help you step out of your mind and back into your body—so you can feel safe, soften, and trust yourself again.

Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation and the belief that you are your own healer. Through crystal alchemy bowls, guided meditation, and intuitive energy work, Heather holds deeply supportive spaces where stress can release and clarity can return.

Each experience is intentionally designed as a sacred pause from the noise, pressure, and constant doing of everyday life.

Heather hosts intimate monthly sound baths, private 1:1 sessions, and special events throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey, as well as virtual experiences.
