Founded in 1972, Charisma Charter Chapter has earned national recognition for consistently providing exceptional opportunities for member growth and involvement. Charisma is the only chapter nationally to receive the coveted STAR award 32 years and then Best Practices (replacing the STAR award) - Level 1 - the highest honor bestowed upon an ABWA group since 2004.
