Allie (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), Registered Art Therapist- Provisional (ATR-P) and creative maker of all things, living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana. Allie has a passion for helping others on their journey through life, assisting each person to find their most authentic self and break free from anything holding them back from doing so. In addition to her career as a therapist, Allie finds joy in thrifting, all things cats, crafting, gardening, the outdoors and traveling.
