The Baxter Initiative
Shamica Baxter is a Certified Life Coach and Mental Health First Aid with a Masters in Business Administration. She also has experience working with level 4 youth with behavioral issues, as well as individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Although she seemed to be gaining success, something was missing. In her 20s, she realized she had a deep yearning to elevate mentally: but how?
With the help of a pastor who used a life coaching method, she was able to identify barriers that were preventing her from reaching her full potential: a victim mindset. This helped her make better choices and live on purpose.
How much better could life be if you lived on purpose? Some of us wake up every morning like it's an accident. We've developed a routine of mediocrity. We wake up in the morning, go to work, get off, go to sleep and do it over and over again. We've become robots to life. All great people have coaches, why not have one to ensure you're moving in the right direction?
