Known as “The HOA lady” Alisha has authored and taught multiple HOA & POA classes with focus on the addendums, the contracts, and their relationship to the Texas Property Code.

Spending over a decade and a half as a full time practicing REALTOR® Alisha is well aware of the dedication and commitment required to further your education. Providing in depth quality curriculum, and valuing your time is extremely important to her.

Serving on Texas REALTORS® Leadership Development, Public Policy & Professional Standards Committees Alisha keeps her eyes and ears on legislative impacts to Texas Real Estate and her fellow Texas REALTORS®. Alisha is honored to have been selected to serve as the Texas Representative for the National Association of REALTORS® Safety Committee.

Alisha is equally proud of her years of service outside real estate in her local community. Obtaining many awards including (2) Volunteer of the Year (RRISD), Multiple Chiefs Distinguished Service, (3) Presidential Service Awards, and Chiefs Commendation for multiple years of service on the back to school citywide events.
