Next Monday offers individual coaching, peer groups, leadership development, events, and strategic consulting. The company is a champion for connecting leaders who support, challenge, and encourage each other. We have served countless leaders through coaching and development, more than 100 executive leaders in peer groups, and thousands of leaders through special events. The company was founded in St. Cloud, Minn. and continues serving this flagship region while new programs and offerings are being extended to other areas and communities. Next Monday was launched in 2004 by Michelle Pape, and is now owned by Becky Estby and Tammy Moore.
