Who We Are: Southwest Fair Housing Council (SWFHC) Southwest Fair Housing Council (SWFHC) is a nonprofit that helps Arizonans learn about and protect their housing rights. We provide fair housing education, counseling, and enforcement services so everyone has a fair chance to rent, buy, finance, and enjoy housing free from illegal discrimination. We also work with housing professionals to help them understand fair housing rights and responsibilities to create communities free from housing discrimination.
