I spent my career building software companies and serving on leadership teams in startups and mid-sized organizations. We faced real delivery and operational challenges, and I learned firsthand what happens when over-analysis, weak commitment, and bad timing take down a great idea. Painfully, I had to close one of my own companies for those reasons. I don’t want to see that happen to any other leadership team.

Later in my career, as COO of a food import company, I led the operational work that scaled it into the largest frozen fruit importer in the country. That experience taught me the power of alignment, accountability, and simple systems—principles I now use every day as an EOS Implementer.

Across every role, my strengths have been consistent: building strong leadership teams, crystallizing big ideas, and removing the hidden obstacles that block execution. I now bring those disciplines to leadership teams as a full-time EOS Implementer.
