Kyle Wesselink is a Senior Mortgage Broker with Three Point Mortgage in the Denver Tech Center. He started his career as a financial analyst and still runs his business that way: by the numbers, with smart systems handling the busywork so he can spend more time with clients.

Kyle helps buyers and homeowners make thoughtful financial decisions instead of just chasing the lowest rate. His specialty is structuring the purchase and the financing to fit each client's goals, using tools like seller concessions, temporary buydowns, and well timed refinances. He works with conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and specialty loans, and holds the Military & Veteran Lending Certification from VAREP.

Outside of work, he's a husband and dad who spends his free time snowboarding, hiking, fly fishing, and golfing around Colorado.
