The Puerto Rican Festival of MA Cultural Pageant will be hosting a Dress for Success and Career Day on June 4th, 2022, at the Boys and Girls Club. The Pageant contestants ranging from 5 to 21 years old will be our main audience. This is a free event. The young ladies will have a chance to meet successful women from different career backgrounds.

The mission of Dress for success is to eliminate racism and empower women through our many programs and services. “Dress for Success further strengthens our efforts as we support young women in their quest for economic independence by providing a network of support, the development tools to help them overcome gender-based challenges for every phase of their personal and professional journeys.

We will have 8 speakers with different career backgrounds. Each speaker will talk about their career path, what made them decide on that field, their struggles during their career path, educational experience, community engagement, and what advice would give these young girls.
