What started in 2015 as a pop-up gathering at The Church on Jervis Street when U2 played the 3Arena has become the unofficial home-base for the international U2 fan community.

#WelcomeToTheNorthside was born to give fans travelling from around the world a place to land, connect, and feel the true Dublin spirit.

From humble pub singalongs to landmark festival weekends at Opium, The Button Factory, Whelan's and The Church - our mission is the same: celebrate the music, the history, and the streets that made U2.

2026 is #U250 - 50 Years of U2. Our biggest celebration yet.

Two nights of live music across iconic Dublin venues with Ireland's top U2 tributes ZOOROPA & U2BABY, plus walks, talks, exhibitions and the global fan community that makes it special.

Whether you're hearing the anthems you expect or deep cuts you love, we do the music properly, with respect for the catalogue and an electric atmosphere.

Takes place every September in Dublin, Ireland.
