Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon’s oldest, largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. In our nearly 50-year history, we have helped more than 40,000 individuals change their relationship to drugs and alcohol. Fora Health receives the highest level of accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and has held this designation since 2001.
