Omaha Municipal Land Bank
The Omaha Municipal Land Bank (“the Land Bank) is a nonprofit organization that aims to empower Omaha to create sustainable communities through the equitable transformation of problem properties. Vacant, abandoned and dilapidated properties result in an increase of violent crime, safety and health hazards, and depressed property values. By strategically acquiring, maintaining, and selling these properties for productive use, the OMLB is able to build healthy and resilient neighborhoods in Omaha.
