The Home Rule Music and Film Preservation Foundation is a DC based 501c3 non-profit with a mission to promote, support and preserve DC music and film through performance, education, and advocacy. We host educational workshops, master classes, and live performances that celebrate DC’s rich musical legacy and culture.
