- Bernice is a Reiki master/teacher, Sound-bowl healer and E-RYT500 hour registered yoga teacher for kids and adults In the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga lineages. Her company Yoga@Heart provides yoga and meditation to the community.

- She has found her true calling and passion! She loves to share it by teaching Hatha Vinyasa yoga, meditation, mat Pilates, and Reiki. She is a Cacao Facilitator and offers sound bowl healing.

- A lot of her time is spent making handmade products such as candles, soaps, essential oil sprays, and mala beads leading her to start a business.
