Unbound Visual Arts (UVA) is a unique Allston-Brighton based non-profit art organization, serving the Greater Boston community with programs and exhibits to encourage learning, engagement, and change. Since our founding in 2012, we’ve focused on presenting contemporary art that critically engages with our present moment – believing that art has the potential to interrogate social norms, redefine perspectives, and transmit new ideas. Our exhibitions are characterized by their engagement with crucial cultural and social topics, including environmental sustainability, health and wellness, and the structures of gender and race.
