About Women Who Served Alliance Inc.

Women Who Served Alliance Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, honoring, and supporting women who have served in the United States Military, active-duty service members, veterans, military spouses, and Gold Star Families. Founded by Dr. Diana Jordan-Baldwin, a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 and Bronze Star recipient, the organization was established to create a strong network of advocacy, recognition, mentorship, education, and community support for women who have answered the call to serve.

Our mission is to uplift and empower women veterans and military families through leadership development, educational initiatives, community engagement, wellness programs, mentorship, scholarships, and strategic partnerships. We are committed to ensuring that the sacrifices and contributions of women who served are recognized, celebrated, and preserved for future generations.

Women Who Served Alliance Inc. works to bridge the gap between military and civilian communities by creating opportunities for connection, healing, professional growth, and public awareness. Through events, outreach programs, advocacy efforts, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to inspire the next generation of leaders while continuing to honor those who have paved the way.

As we celebrate milestones such as the 250th Birthday of the United States Army and the advancement of women’s leadership and liberation, Women Who Served Alliance Inc. remains committed to its core values of service, empowerment, sisterhood, leadership, and community impact.

Together, we honor the past, celebrate the present, and build a stronger future for women who served.
