Carlita Scarboro-Vazquez is an Atlanta-based mixed media artist, educator, and creative technologist whose work merges storytelling, digital art, immersive installation, and cultural memory. As the founder of CVaz Designs and creator of The Real Tea Series: GRIOT, she explores the intersection of art, engineering, wellness, and community through collaborative experiences and visual storytelling. Scarboro-Vazquez currently serves as the inaugural Empower Her Artist in Residence at Fulton County Central Library and is known for blending creativity, technology, and cultural dialogue into transformative public experiences.
