The WICT Network’s mission is to develop women leaders who transform our industry. WICT has remained steadfast in its resolve to advance the position and influence of women through proven leadership programs and services at both the international and local level.

The Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter of The WICT Network provides programming, networking, and leadership opportunities for all women in the cable telecommunications industry. From substantive programming on cable telecommunications and emerging technologies, to skills-based and professional development programs, to mentoring, networking, personal growth and leadership opportunities, the Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter supports women, and men allies, at all levels of our industry. The WICT Network Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter has close to 250 members who have the opportunity to build relationships with peers in the industry and gain critical skills for career development.
