Emancipated Run Crew (ERC) is a Black-led community running and wellness collective founded in 2019. Built by community and powered by movement, ERC creates inclusive spaces where Black and Brown communities can connect through running, walking and physical activity, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. With a For Us, By Us ethos, ERC champions representation, belonging and community-led action, ensuring that everyone feels welcome, regardless of pace or ability.
