Our vision is to inspire women to live on purpose and with intention. We are a volunteer-run organization that provides a monthly gathering for women where we EXPLORE a topic, use that to ENRICH our minds and ENGAGE it in the next best step of our lives. We would LOVE to see you there!

Why The Exchange?

Ever feel like you’re living on repeat? Caught in the cycle of busy days and endless routines? You’re not alone. Life can be busy and isolating, especially for women juggling work, family and everything in between. That’s why The Exchange was created.

Founded in 2015 by Elizabeth Pehrson, The Exchange is a non-profit created to help women connect, grow, and live ON purpose and WITH intention.

What started as a small gathering of women exploring meaningful topics has grown into monthly events with hundreds of women meeting at the largest conference center in Forsyth County. Rain or shine, for ten years, women have continued to show up for themselves—and each other.

The Exchange is for all adult women...working, retired or stay-at-home, single or married, moms or grandmoms. No matter your stage of life, you’re welcome here and we hope you join us!
