I'm an art historian, exhibition curator and lecturer. I enjoy sharing my original research with people who are interested in art, whether they have a degree in art history or just enjoy going to exhibitions at the weekend. I curate exhibitions for museums and galleries such as Dulwich Picture Gallery, Hastings Contemporary and RWA Bristol, and lecture for the Arts Society. My books have been published by the Mainstone Press, PWP/Bloomsbury and Royal Academy books. Find me on Instagram @jamesrussell66 or Facebook at James Russell: Art Books and Lectures.
