713 Community Empowerment Group is a Chicago-based nonprofit committed to empowering women, girls, families, and communities through resources, outreach, education, and meaningful community experiences.

Through our Prom Girls Rock initiative and other community programs, we create opportunities that build confidence, celebrate individuality, support families, and connect people with valuable resources.

Our events include prom dress giveaways, fashion shows, community outreach events, empowerment programs, resource events, and special experiences designed to uplift and inspire.

We believe in creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, celebrated, and connected.
