PFY is a service and an advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals throughout their lifespan.  Our mission is to enhance the health, wellness and cultural competency of LGBTQ individuals through education, support services and personal development.  We serve New York State’s Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties.
