Women Who Whiskey-LBC was launched in October 2019 and is the third California chapter of Women Who Whiskey, an international whiskey appreciation club that Julia Ritz Toffoli started in New York in 2012. There are now a total of 25 wWw chapters world-wide. With over 40-percent of whiskey-drinkers now being women, it was time for women to have a space to become more educated and confident consumers. Women Who Whiskey became exactly that, creating a space for education where women can ask questions in a non-intimidating environment and explore spirits on her terms.
