Founded in 1966, The Links, Incorporated Bucks County (PA) Chapter is a volunteer service organization of concerned, committed and talented women linked in friendship. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of African-Americans and those of African descent, in our communities and globally, by providing programs that focus on cultural enrichment, education, health and wellness, and economic prosperity.
