Great initiative, the system only fails when people are afraid which leads to a passive or aggressive bystander in becoming either oppositional or defiant.

Humans are will always the teetered between their biology and scarcity...

It takes a community of good humans to prong misconceptions as build intersection about imparement at the workplace in school or in Social settings as addressing  a better understanding as a greater governance in the underlying prejudice against citizens as love ones concerns about what they fear or misunderstand.
