Raymond Torres is a proud Rotarian with the Rotary Club of St. Cloud, where he serves as the Rotary Impact Chair and the Public Image Chair. Beyond his club roles, Ray also serves District 6980 as the Vice Chair for the Rotary Business Network (RBN) — helping build connections, collaborations, and business relationships across the region. A business owner since 2012 and the founder of Onset Media, Ray has spent more than a decade helping local businesses grow through digital marketing, web design, and strategic visibility. Networking is in his DNA — he’s chaired and co-chaired multiple Rotary and community events where the theme has always been simple: make networking fun, make it meaningful, and make sure everyone leaves with value.
