Founded in 2006 by Armenian promoters Gevorg Khudyan and Hrair Sarkissian, Club Nur was created to give LGBTQ+ people of Middle Eastern and North African heritage a place where they could hear the music they grew up with, celebrate their cultures, and be unapologetically themselves.
