I have been passionate about cooking traditional foods since I was young. My earliest memories are making fresh pasta and baguettes with my grandparents. I have significant restaurant experience, but consider myself a dedicated home chef. Since 2015, Ethiopian culture and food have been a consistent part of my life, living there for over a year and learning authentic methods for cooking. I love to share this food, its unique qualities with friends and strangers - "sharing is caring" a common phrase we use day to day. I can't wait to share with you some tips to make delicious Ethiopian dishes at home, and to bring the intimacy of food back into a meal.
