I love hosting workshops, it's a moment that I can connect, educate, support and help people better understand how their body works in relation to food and lifestyle. It's an informal setting that allows great questions and conversation, which ultimately gives people further insight into the best of way of supporting their individual health.
Understanding that the afternoon ‘slump’, the bloating, and digestive discomfort are not normal but can be addressed through simple food and lifestyle changes. We are so much more than we realize, and we are all different, so there is no one-size-fits-all all.
