The Center for Modern Dance Education (CMDE) presents its 34th Dancethon on Saturday, May 12. The fun, relaxed dance concert will include  CMDE dancers and Guest Artists of all ages and abilities, beginner through professional, including dances with disabilities, performing an eclectic program, including Modern Dance, Hip-Hop, African Dance,  and more.

Founded in 1962, CMDE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of making dance available to everyone.

CMDE received the 2017 Bergen County Award for Artistic Excellence

CMDE has also been given The New Jersey State Council on the Arts Citation of Excellence for the past several years.
