Prevent Child Abuse Vermont promotes and supports healthy relationships within families, schools, and communities to eliminate child abuse.

We deliver our programs in collaboration with more than 250 local and statewide partners—including schools, child care centers, parent-child centers, Community Action agencies, Vermont Department of Health district offices, maternity units in local hospitals, Department for Children and Families district offices, Department of Corrections facilities, domestic violence shelters, substance use treatment and recovery centers, faith communities, and businesses.

Our programs are grounded in a skills-based approach. We equip adults with practical tools to nurture healthy child development and emphasize the vital role adults play in keeping children safe.
